DeVito Dental has provided me exceptional dental care for the past 20 years. Personal, professional, friendly, courteous, and quality are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe the dental care provided by Dr. DeVito and her outstanding staff.

The dental hygienist was very thorough and did a great job on my cleaning and the lady who helped with my x rays was so kind and sweet. I happen to be a patient who gets extremely anxious/nervous at the dentist so a warm and inviting atmosphere with staff who are patient, professional, and kind can really make the experience much more pleasant. I also like to wear my headphones because it helps some with drowning out the noise. At my visit I was told they couldn't find the Wi-Fi guest passcode and that I would just have to do the best I could. Since it was just a routine cleaning I pushed through, but said at that time I would not be able to come back for fillings or more advanced procedures unless that feature would be available. We went on and did the cleaning and when the doctor came in and finished looking at my teeth she told me "you should let me put filler in your forehead". I would have had no problem with her telling me about the new services she offers, but now I've been looking at my forehead thinking something is wrong with it since she said I should let her do it and it was not what I was there for. I called the office back today and the front desk associate identified herself as Tina. I explained I'd set up an appointment for a couple weeks and I wanted to be sure since I was getting cavities filled at that time that I would be able to use the guest Wi-Fi feature. She said "well we can't guarantee that". I was confused because in this day and age many fast food restaurants and all sorts of establishments have this feature and I said that to her. She went on to tell me that sometimes it just doesn't work (which is different than not being able to find the passcode) and then made me feel like it was my fault that I even needed to use the guest Wi-Fi feature. For example, she went on to say in a sarcastic tone that she goes to the doctor all the time and never has to use the guest Wi-Fi code because her phone allows her to do it without. I told her that I was not the best with technology but that at the time when they told me they couldn't find the guest Wi-Fi passcode they didn't mention any other options that may be available to me. I told her I was going to fill out the survey and I was meaning the survey they emailed me after my appointment but then she went on to say "well if you're going to give us a bad review just because of that then maybe this isn't a good fit." I asked her to cancel my appointment and hung up the phone. As I hung up the phone I looked over at my mother who was driving me to an oral surgery appointment and who said she could hear the rude tone the lady was using with me. I couldn't believe that as the patient I was being treated this way simply because I wanted to use a feature they advertise as having?
