My experience with customer service was good. However, my experience with the business side of Dr. Green Relief Brandon location is what I would call disheartening. They find creative ways to make you come back just so you spend more money. First you are approved for a very low dosage of THC. (Very low. You will blow through it in a week) They will NOT approve you for flowers. You have to wait a year and then get re-evaluated for flowers, which is silly and non-sense. The experience costed me over $500 due to having to find a new doctor. My new doctor approved me for flowers, and a full range of products immediately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY! This place is a pain!
