An Air Force veteran with nearly 30 years of health care experience, Dr. Phillips is the founder and Executive Director of Pathways Addiction Recovery. He is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, is Board Certified as an Advanced Practice Addictions Nurse, is Certified and Licensed as a Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, is Internationally Certified as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and is also trained as a SMART Recovery Facilitator.
