Dr. Ross completed his doctorate in Psychology from the University of Windsor in 1979. After one year of post-doctoral training through Windsor Regional Hospital – Western Campus (formerly Windsor Western Hospital Centre), he gained registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Thereafter, he maintained employment with Windsor Regional Hospital in the Community Mental Health, the Regional Rehabilitation Centre, and out-patient psychology until 1988 when he assumed the position of Director of the Community Mental Health Clinic. During this period, he also taught courses at the University of Windsor where he was granted Adjunct Assistant Professor status in 1982 which is yet maintained.
