To break it down simply! Dr Crum is all about money! She will leave you confused and will make you feel rushed. She talks extremely fast and uses only terms a vet would understand. Her assistant and she almost dropped my dog twice once that I had to catch him! After my dog was diagnosed terminally ill no one ever called to check on him and I was never given any advice on how to finish caring for him. They even charged me for a wellness program after I canceled it ONE day too late! When I spoke to the manager Jennifer about it and asked for corporates # I was hung up on. They don't care for your animals all they care for is your money!!
