When we first met Everardo Banuelos, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Ever would perform a Detailed inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc.. He led led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far!

Her knowledge of the real estate process and her experience in executing a strategy that wins is a homebuyer's dream.She is thorough and absolutely understands what kind of hand holding a first-time homebuyer like me needs. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Everardo's team. First and foremost we always felt that we were listened to and that our best interests were 100% looked after. All of the homes we were shown made sense for what we were looking for and our price range. At each open house he was diligent in asking important questions about the home's history to determine what if any potential costs could be in the future. Everado and Priscilla was available at all times for any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the home purchasing experience. This was invaluable for first time home buyers like ourselves. The bottom line is that Everardo and Pricilla worked very very hard for us and we couldn't be happier that we were able have them on our side

Everardo was always available via text, phone, email and even coming to our home on weekends to go over paperwork and answer our millions of questions. When my wife and I started looking for homes, the whole process was really overwhelming, but his team did a terrific job of working with us and distilling the stuff we needed to do down into easier to digest chunks. He was always on top of our next actions, and was already ready to call people or drive across town to help us complete the process.

Hard not to write a review that sounds too much like a sales flyer, but seriously... Easily a five-star review! Ever and Priscilla were amazing in helping us secure our Los Angeles home. They are awesome. Buying and selling can be a stressful process, but they made it fun at every step.
