Only use for local moves when you are watching them! I moved from Kansas to South Carolina, using their storage. The people the hired off of Craig’s list the morning my goods arrived in SC told me my items were thrown in the truck. Did over $2,000 in damage, and I received less than $200 in claim. That was after getting multiple estimates to repair my furniture as required which showed cost of over $1,000 just for 3 pieces (coffee and end tables).
