Edgewater just completed the renovation of our 23 year old pool and lanai. Colton and his staff were wonderful to work with. Colton offered several different renderings of the proposed finished product and worked with us to choose the colors and materials. He listened to ou concerns and offered solutions. Throughout the process, his knowledge and experience was quite evident. Every step from planning to execution was handled professionally with patience and care and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to meet our target complete date earlier than expected. Even the clean up and post construction follow-up was outstanding with great attention to detail. We can’t say enough good things about Edgewater Pools!
Our service tech,Rey is just outstanding!!!Always polite and happy!! If I’m here when he comes he takes the time to explain to me what he’s doing if I’m out there. Such a nice guy.
Best pool company we ever experienced, they are doing a great job and make sure the pool is in great condition. We had to change the pool companies quite often because of mediocre service, but since more than two years we are very happy with Edgewater Pools. Great kudos also to Manuel Perez, he is a wonderful man and very reliable.
