Malcolm was kind and him and his team did a great job cleaning our basement after a terrible sewage flood. They sorted through our belongings of what was damaged and what was safe. We really appreciate them. We recommend them to anyone in a time of need.

Had a little back flow in our old house and a flood in basement and Edwards came out right away, removed all water, treated the issue, helped us avoid a real mess. Very prompt and professional and nice to work with!

We had a leak and needed bathroom repairs and renovations. Unfortunately we called Edwards. It was a horrible horrible experience. Were nice enough to start with and quickly took our deposit of 50% down. But the work tooks weeks if not months to begin. Then they contract out their tile work (first name of tile contractor: Scott). Scott would say he is showing up and never show up. In total he showed up 3 times over two months and only for short periods, not completing any of the work and leaving the floor tiles poorly laid and not completed. Never even started the wall tiles. He then disappeared and just didn't return. Mike, the manager of the project, did nothing to move things along - leaving us waiting for months without trying to find a replacement tile person. Hands down the worst company we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid them at all costs!
