09/20/2021: I cancelled my contract within the acceptable timeframe without response or confirmation from Empire Moving Group for more than a week and a half (I made 8 attempts to directly contact them, phone and email). They blatantly lied to my credit card company and stated that written cancellation was not received. Since I disputed the charge they refuse to provide a refund, per policy. The billing department has hung up on me numerous times and no longer takes my calls. Do not engage with their unethical business practices. Please note, they have an “F” rating through the BBB.

03/05/2021: It’s satisfying to count on professionals. Service was excellent. Accurate quote without hidden extra costs. They are pretty organized the schedule ran as planned, which I highly appreciated since I was moving my office and needed to get it done fast to keep my business going. Great movers!

I got the quote in no time and the guy did not bother me with too many questions. Their expertise was evident, very skillful guys. My dining table got scratched by accident but their insurance was incredibly fast and got it repaired in just a few days. It’s nice to find such a professional and reliable company and I would move with them again without hesitation.
