I had my worst experience as an real estate investor with this brokerage. Both the seller and buyer agent were from same brokerage and assured me from the beginning that they are strong believer of professional ethics and will follow the process ethically.
The seller accepted the offer verbally and even after accepting the offer the showing was continued with a hope to get a better offer. The seller was stalling signing the offer and when got a better offer, rejected my offer since it was never signed.
I got this information from my agent who is from same brokerage. Though it is the seller right to accept or decline but ethically the seller agent (from this brokerage) continued showing the property despite verbally accepting the offer. They should decline represent such a seller. This shows that they DO NOT follow the ethics standard.
As an investor or a first time buyer, I would recommend you staying away from this brokerage since you CANNOT trust their professional ETHICS.
