Definitely knows his electrical ins and outs but made a costly error that will end up costing over $10,000 to fix. To make matters worse he refuses to take responsibility because “people he’s talked to” say he is only partially to blame. Beyond disappointed and angry. Shocked and saddened that he couldn’t be more than his ego.
