I was travelling this past weekend when the piece on my left ear that connected the lens to my ear was severely bent and almost breaking off. As I am going to be on the road for several days (and driving) I was going to need to get a replacement arm ASAP. I called my eyeglass shop back home and they looked up Silhouette eye ware for a store in Northern Virginia that might carry them. I was directed to Eyetopia and asked if they may have replacement parts and/or a spare that they could put on for me.
John was great as he looked upstairs and found a extra part and quickly put it on my glasses and I was out of there all fixed up lickety split for just $25!
Great service and lifesaver for someone on the road who would have been in real trouble if they had been unable to assist me.
