Family Dental Care Of Owasso

They billed our insurance over $700.00 and charged my care credit card $1269.00 for work that was never done. This was back in March 2023. Syill no refund insight!!! After I complained 2x to corporate they sent me a letter not to return to their office. Still waiting on a refund. This is illegal.

The two crowns I had installed here (May 2023) by the female dentist at this location were done horribly. While talking about her private pool, She drilled so fast that it hit my nerve and made me Jump to where the inside of my mouth was injured by her drilling rapidly fast and hard (without the numbing having taken affect). Went 2 weeks with taking 20+ ibuprofen a day for the pain. The temp crowns had high spots. Finally had the final crowns installed, only to have high spots in them and more pain for days. Had to take steroids due to the inflammation caused from her work and her assistant’s work. Went back to have them set permanently, only to have her tell me that they “don’t install them permanently after they’ve been installed temporarily because pulling them off risks damaging the crowns”. Her and her assistant told me that I should contact another dentist when they fall out. It’s been 6 weeks and one just fell out. This dentist office is not returning my calls at this time… I AGAIN have bad pain because of this dentist’s poor quality of “work”. She treated me like a number, you’ll go in and out of this office as fast as possible so they can get someone else in the seat fast—to make more money. Find a different Dentist!!! She (Indian woman who’s barely out of college) and her assistants do NOT know what they are doing!!
