Fire Assessment prep helped prepare me for all aspects of my assessment center. They gave me the tools and knowledge to feel comfortable with any style of exercise that could have been thrown at me. It seems overwhelming at first, but as long as you put the work in that they ask if you, you’ll do great.

Eddie was a tremendous help for preparing for our assessment center. I had several practice sessions with other members of my department who had been through our assessment center before and had a decent understanding of the expectations but Eddie was able to help me understand how to take my responses to the next level. The system built by Chief Freddie works and Eddie helped me understand just how to implement the strategies presented. I highly recommend this program to those looking to take that next step.
