This course has been thorough and informative with a great number of details and tips that aren't available elsewhere (that I know of.) This is the second time I've used this course.

I was having difficulty with finding a starting point with preparing for my upcoming Battalion Chiefs process. I purchased the Chiefs Special on Fire Assessment Center Prep. It helped me tremendously with understanding the complexities of what it would take to be prepared for the process. Very good product with real professional leadership.

The coaches and team were professional, polite, and very responsive to emails. The content of the courses I took was overall good. The organizational tools and examples in the videos were helpful. I paid extra for two 2-hour Zoom coaching sessions, but these sessions did not meet my expectations. After the first video session, I had reservations but decided to see it through and let the process do. The feedback and coaching provided were not detailed or specific. It lacked depth and was very generic.
I spoke with several of my colleagues who participated in this promotional exam, using this same vendor and they had the same opinion. We all had the same coach, and it could just be his style.
I am not interested in a refund, but after spending almost 900 dollars on this course I did have higher expectations on what the training sessions would be. I got more out of my self-practice and watching videos of my training sessions with a few study buddies.
This review was written before the results of my test have been posted, so this is not a disgruntled review. I would recommend the course, but caution folks to manage their expectations with the video training sessions. If you like straightforward, honest, no-BS feedback on how you did, this is not what I received.

They do exactly what they claim to do. I feel far better prepared to seek the rank that I am pursuing. I feel ready to hit the ground running on day one of the new rank, if I am fortunate enough to be selected.
