Chief Freddie’s program is amazing. The anxiety and nerves went away and were replaced by confidence and organization. I scored seven points higher than 10 other firefighters and got promoted because of Chief Freddie’s course. Money so well spent! Thanks Chief!!

I have never done assessment center training before. Going through the prep class and watching the videos helped me gain some insight on what I need to expect. The private coaching further took some stress off of me. The feedback is valuable and it further enhanced my confidence. Now I just have to put it all in place next week and I feel more confident now than before.
