DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!! Cherry and Anita will tell you anything to get you to rent from them. When you go to move out and you go to get your money back that they told you they would pro rate your move out they tell you that no one there would ever say that. Funny they tell you they don't pro rate there, but they will pro rate you for your move in. Then you try to talk to them about it they argue with you, call you a liar, talk over you, tell you they will talk to the owner and call you back, then never call you back. You call to find out what is going on, four days later and they tell you your full of it, then just hang up on you. I understand why they have so many collectibles, they tell you one thing to get you in and then steal your money! POOOOR customer service at best, HORABLE STAFF!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
We have love our experience @ Firehouse Storage! They r always helpful, friendly & informative! Kids love the cookies & fire trucks inside! Kids point out the BIG fire trucks every time we drive by! Thanks for helping us w our storage needs...
The main reason I love storing my stuff at the Firehouse Self Storage is the staff. They have always been very helpful. My favorite person there and the one I have mostly dealt with is Anita! She is very friendly and efficient. Thanks everyone!
