Terrible customer service TV didn’t work for months. Regular overages on utilities when both residents had less than full-time occupancy. Fees for cleaning that were complete b*******. We’re talking 2 responsible, female college students not a gang of drunken frat boys. Impossible to get anyone in touch with anyone beyond the manager who was never helpful. They want you to move out before graduation is even over. Garbage cans in public areas were constantly overflowing with trash. Friends that rented another apartment from the same firm complained of mold in the apartment that lasted for several weeks. Damage was done in common areas and that cost was spread to all residents were they were present during the time of damage or not They have no functional security cameras Apt door was left unlocked all weekend by their staff. If you read all of these reviews that are not bright and shining, you’ll see all the same commonalities. They focus on getting you signed up and then you’re just a number. If I could give them a -1 out of five I would Do not rent from these people It’s all bright and shiny when you go to sign up, but goes quickly right down the can once you’ve signed your lease.

This company is HORRIBLE. They do not care about the students one bit. I tried to resign, and they told me I would be responsible for both rooms and they wouldn’t provide roommate match. They wanted me to resign for much more than I was currently paying, and I had to because all of the 2 bedrooms else where were booked. I ended up resigning and they called at 3pm on Thursday, telling me that I had to be out by 2PM Friday. I was able to speak with Dalton Keene and he said I could have until Saturday. Well, his word means NOTHING because he came to my door at 4pm FRIDAY telling me I had to be out by 8pm. My family threatened to call HUD and he let me have the night to move out. They have charged all of these ridiculous fees, and they can’t tell me why I was charged this. For example, there’s a $60 charge for a key fob they said I could continue to use since I would only be moving downstairs. When I called about this, they could not even tell me which roommate turned in the key fob. I was also charged because maintenance does not change the lightbulbs until they are completely out, they would rather screw it back in and have it go out the next day. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
