About Delsina: I was born in Panama city, Panama and came to the US as a young teen. In college I trained as a gymnast and fell in love with keeping fit and active. I have 2 boys, Stefano -25 and Esteban 22. I have been married to Steven West (retired) for 26 years. I love the world of health and Fitness and I believe God has given me a passion for this to share with others around me. I am currently the host of Keeping it Fit For life on KRGN 98.5 Christian Radio Station. It?s a weekly radio program where I talk about little known facts that can affect your fitness. I also interview people who have made fitness a lifestyle and want to share their motivation. I am the owner and CEO of Fit For Life PT, LLC. It?s an online personal training and coaching business that brings the gym to you on your smart phone. I guide and monitor my clients progress and provide motivation. In addition, I help clients find ways to modify their diet to help them get healthy and lose weight
