Five Star Pavers & Pool Remodels

Would NOT recommend this company. We had them remodel our pool deck and spent $23,500 for marble to be placed and pavers removed. Throughout the entire process, communication was extremely poor. Days would pass without a response which was extremely frustrating. We paid the extra $1,500 to have the marble poly sand seal and 2 1/2 months later we have grass growing in between the marble and almost all of the sealant is gone with massive cracks in between the marble spaces. How could you charge an extra $1,500 for poly sand sealant and its gone within 2 1/2 months and now weeds are sprouting. I reached out to the owner and unsurprisingly got no response back on a solution. Do not be fooled by the reviews and pictures like I was. The reality is, they will not respond. Not even so much as a quality check once the project was done to ensure proper completion or any issues are addressed. The only consistent communication was when they said they are taking the money out of your account for payments. See photos!! Choose another company!!

Fantastic job!! Excellent work on our pool remodel. Very happy with the work that was done and the customer service they provide. We are so happy with them and we will use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.
