We were very disappointed to see (via Ring Camera) his crew (which are actually sub contractors) not show up at all for the first couple of days of the newly agreed to timeline (5 weeks after the original 3 week timeline) and then they only worked 4 hours or less a day (while we with our 14 month toddler) were having to live outside of our house and board our dog. We surfaced our concern about this issue MULTIPLE times, requesting he either put a different crew on the project or re-allocate another crew. In the end, we had to spend thousands to live outside of our house and board our dog weeks longer than we had agreed to in writing while we watched slow to no progress occur.
A few additional issues:
· Left the hardwood outside for days
· Left garbage on site after being asked repeatedly to remove it (multiple times)
· Difficult to get ahold of (had to contacting them a lot and on the weekend in order to receive a response)
There are other issues, but the above should provide you some idea as to what you may be getting into if you go with FCI Cleveland South.
