Multiple installation errors of combi boiler. Dishonest and disrespectful owner. Will not honor warranty and left me without water hot enough and won’t call me, asked several times since January, to help reset it after they turned down the temperature to stop water hammer. Owner has lied about what happened and didn’t happen. Owner did not respond to bbb complaint made in the 14 days they had to reply. Refuse to complete installation correctly. Now I have to take this to court.
