The Founder, Trey Langford, developed a following from blogs and market reports he had produced regularly. These insights and resources provided readers an in-depth look at the local market and area. As an extention of the blog, he started creating videos on Youtube where he interviewed local builders and other industry professionals. It wasn’t long until the website started gaining credibility and finding an audience. Trey used this momentum to launch more resources including homes and building lots for sale.
