Fusion Pools Cleaning, Maintenance And Service

Never got calls they coming out or had come. Three consecutive weeks of coming out and still has dead leaves from the first week. Was told needs filter, so bought filter. They walked right past it going on deck but didn’t replace it. I took the old filter out which was saturated in chemicals- they had just been throwing chemicals in at obscene rates, there was not a single piece of anything that would reflect they tried to vacuum it. When calling to try understand why after three weeks there are still leaves in pool I was told I need to clean pool each week (the service that I’m paying fusion to do?!). Then told due to gas would now cost twice as much for them to come. Pics are when they arrived the third time after “cleaning” it twice, then what it looked like when I got home, they billed me $225. I bought a dolphin and went to vacuum it myself. Very interested in knowing how they could possibly have been vacuuming it when the water level was too low for that to even be possible. After running the dolphin a few times a day for a week along with using the leaf net to scoop up leaves it was clear and actually clean. Update: received an email receipt yesterday for $223, I explicitly said I was not paying it and had not authorized any payments from my card. Apparently they charged my card without consent. Monday I will be contesting the charge at the bank. I paid for a clean pool, after paying for two visits of not cleaned there’s no way they should expect me to pay for a third visit of still not clean.
