My stepdad wears a body aid that is no longer made. His was not working at all. Brittany contacted the manufacturer and sent the device to be repaired and also got him a 12 month warranty. Everyone there was so kind and caring about his ability to hear again. I would recommend them to anyone in need of help with hearing. They are wonderful people.
