01/22/2022: Amos was there the next day after I called. He went over everything that was done fixing multiple issues replacing springs bottom rubber and many parts in the automatic opener assembly as well as lubricating parts I didn't even ask him to do. Went above and beyond whole repair took only 90 minutes. Very highly recommended I used 2 other companies over the years that didn't even come close. He was overly nice friendly and honest as well.
