Patty is the worse office manager. She is incompetent at checking you in and verifying insurance. Thanks to this I now am being billed for $260. The office is the worse ever. I do not recommend. It's all about money... not you.
It's not about the customer anymore... it's all about the money... go in for a cleaning. Come home. Get a phone call from the office saying they don't take my insurance. Fine time to tell me. Now I owe them money... lots of money. X ray, exam and cleaning. I have been going here for a very long time... I do not reccomend ever going here unless you have money to spare! It's all about money not you...
