Great experience overall. No damage, very helpful movers. Somewhat disappointed that we did not receive the expected call on Saturday to tell us when the movers would arrive on Monday.

Overall, I am very thankful for Gentle Touch moving us, we were in a bad situation with another moving agency. A bit different as they charge by the hour but we helped pack and unpack which saved us some money. The only issue we had was communication through the process. Our delivery was delayed a few days but the communication was not as good as it could have been, we understand delays and issues.

Gentle Touch moved my 2500 sq ft house from SLC to PDX and did a fantastic job. Very personable, highly competitive pricing, and treated all my possessions respectfully. We had some issues with administrative communication, but the moving team, Matt and David in particular, made this right, decreased my stress and went above and beyond.

I am so glad I chose Gentle Touch. The movers arrived early and were able to get 1 1/2 storage units loaded and unload into the new place within 2 hours. They made what would have been a stressful move very seamless. The movers were friendly and just had an overall good vibe! The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely use this company again.

Showed up a day and a half late. The timing issues were out of their control but they could have done a better job of communicating timelines. Some of my boxes labeled “fragile” were the most damaged ones in the whole truck. Overall they worked hard and we were happy with the job done, just wish communication had been better.
