01/21/2023: Spencer, It was a pleasure meeting you this morning. I took your project to our Production and Management Departments, and they have determined that we will not be bidding on this project. With the age of the house, and all of the custom cut woodwork in the rafter tails, barge rafters, and gable trims, a skilled carpenter would need to address the issues that will arise during the process.
