His grandfather retired after 33 years with Globe Life Liberty National Division, and his dad retired after 30 years with the Company. Those are big shoes to fill, but after 15 years with Globe Life Liberty National Division, Clint is doing a tremendous job!
Formerly a retail associate with a computer company, Clint jumped at the opportunity to work for Globe Life Liberty National Division. He appreciated the lifestyle his dad provided for the family while he was growing up and wanted the same for his family. Globe Life Liberty National Division has provided it and more.
Success is about people for Clint. It means developing and promoting the Agents, Supervising Agents, Agency Directors and Regional Agency Directors in his Agency and providing well for his family. “My greatest accomplishment at Globe Life Liberty National Division”, says Clint “is promoting 15 people into management since becoming an Agency Owner in 2007. I have been a member of the Council of Champions, an honor which speaks to the level of hard work and commitment in my Agency. Because of incentive trips and contests I’ve won, my wife and I have gone to exciting locations around the world – all at the expense of Globe Life Liberty National Division.”
What is most rewarding for Clint as a Globe Life Liberty National Division Agency Owner? “First is helping people with a safety net when tragedy strikes,” says Clint. “Our customers count on us to be there for them in time of need. Work and family keep Clint busy, but he still finds time for a round or two of golf, which he loves. In addition, Clint devotes time to EASI – Equines Assisting Special Individuals – a nonprofit organization that depends solely on donations. It uses horses to provide therapy for special needs individuals.
