Jackson, Alabama, Agency Owner Keith Mitchell was in the Globe Life Liberty National Division Life Insurance Company family when he was still only a twinkle in his father’s eye. “My father was working for Globe Life Liberty National Division when I was born,” recalls Keith. “I have been with Globe Life Liberty National Division since I was 21 because at that time Liberty could not hire you at 20. Keith’s dad retired from Globe Life Liberty National Division after 31 great years, and Keith is following close at his heels. During his 29 years with Globe Life Liberty National Division, Keith has been promoted to Agency Owner, been a member of the Council of Champions, and earned 16 Torch Club Convention qualifications. He has traveled around the world to exotic Torch Club destinations compliments of Globe Life Liberty National Division.
What is most rewarding about Globe Life Liberty National Division for Keith? He says, “it’s being able to wake up each morning and know that I’m going to get paid for helping people.” Keith’s ‘ah ha’ moment at Globe Life Liberty National Division came while watching his son play ball. He talked to a parent of one of his son’s teammates who had five children and no life insurance. Keith set an appointment later in the week and sold the family a policy. Six weeks later, the wife was killed in an auto accident. The husband later told Keith if it was not for Globe Life Liberty National Division he would not be able to raise his family. “It was a sad moment but a great feeling knowing how I touched someone’s life and how it made a difference.”
That experience made Keith keenly aware of how important Globe Life Liberty National Division products are. “Our products help people in many ways,” says Keith. “One of the most important is income replacement. Like many Globe Life Liberty National Division Agency Owners, Keith actively supports several organizations such as the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, the local chapter of the CCARC, a nonprofit organization serving people with developmental disabilities, and local schools. Keith’s Agency office also supports the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
