Grass Gobblers Lawn Care & Landscaping

Buyer beware! I had been a customer since 2020 and did not discover that I was paying for front, side, and back fertilizing (close to $1000 per year). I asked for a quote for only front and side because I wanted to keep the cost down. At no point was I told that the quote was for the whole yard. I only discovered this when I called them about aeration for the back yard to solve a serious moss problem. They recommended that I first start with the fertilization in the back which led to me voicing my concern of spending so much more on that. To my astonishment, they said that it would not be extra since I was already paying for it! First of all, if this service was a true customer oriented lawn care service, wouldn't you think that someone would have just confirmed that I wished to pay for fertilizing the back yard but not have it fertilized? Second, if I had been fertilizing for the past 3 years maybe I would not have such a moss problem since this is what they recommended to fix it yesterday Third, after I discovered that I had been paying for the whole yard and repeated at least 3 times to verify what I thought they just said, all they could say was "Gee I'm sorry for the misunderstanding".

The score for the team today receives an A+++++ Absolutely awesome. Our yard took some major hits from this winter's storms; your team did an amazing job eradicating and repairing the damages. We are very pleased with the professionalism of your employees. And please pass on a great big thank you to the folks that cleared our drive this winter!! We really really do appreciate the early morning quick driveway clean passes!! Nice touch for any that need to get out early! Not necessary for us BUT!! I still do appreciate it. This winter's snowstorms were challenging and your team did an awesome job plowing and communicating your status.

I cannot recommend Grass Gobblers highly enough! We are new home owners and our lawn was in bad shape when we moved in. Mike and his team managed to get it back to pristine condition and maintained it beautifully. The guys mow the lawn like clockwork and Mike has been so helpful with other landscaping needs (fall/spring clean up, fertalizing etc..) We would be lost without them. Thanks Grass Gobblers!
