Joe Grasso the owner of the company has kept our last insurance check of $10,000 and refused to release it to us. Mr. Grasso told us, “f*** you, sue me” ( for the check). Not a professional company in any sense and I wish I would have been more thorough in my research before hiring them.

We were substanially damaged by Hurricane Sandy on the New Jersey coast. Without the attention, and help from Grasso adjusters I have no idea how things would be today. We are back home and I will give all the credit to Grasso. They stayed with us through thick and thin!! Some always answered the phone and answered every question, they never gave up and got us the results we deserved. I can not say enough good things about this company, you can NOT go wrong.
