Greeley Furnace Co. is great! One of our two furnaces stopped working during the recent arctic blast. The technician came out the same day we called and determined a part needed to be replaced to keep the burners going. He was then researching if the part was available. In the meantime, the company brought out some space heaters that really helped to keep pipes from freezing and provided some heat in that part of the house. The next day when we found out parts were not available, the company sent out another technician to do measurements and calculations to determine what size of furnace was needed. The furnace was ordered late that afternoon and was available early the next day. The father and son installation crew arrived about 10am and worked very hard all day and were able to take the old furnace out and have the new furnace installed and running by about 5:30pm. They also stayed late to explain what the new installation involved and how the new thermostat works.
Everyone we talked to from the office staff, technicians and installation crew was very friendly, customer oriented and knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the service we received. They were very concerned and dedicated about resolving our problem as quickly as possible. They have also followed up afterwords to see if things are working for us. We had used this company earlier to do routine maintenance on both furnaces and ac units. Again, that technician spent a lot of time doing a detailed inspection and service. We will continue to use this company and would recommend them to others. Thanks to all at Greeley Furnace Co that were involved in getting this problem resolved as quickly as possible.
