Green Dragon Technologies has been my saving grace when it comes to top of the line customer service and products. I found this business on a Google search and I'm so glad I did. My first experience was getting my all in one desktop updated and more speed added. The second was purchasing a computer for my daughter as she's a virtual student. Troy not only sold me the computer but the level of customer service I received was absolutely amazing!!! Troy communicated with me and always gave me multiple price options, so I could decide instead of just being forced to pay the higher price. He always explained things to me thoroughly. If you're in need of a computer or other services please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll be a lifetime customer and will always refer my friends and family here.

I have a home business that is computer based. I could not continue the work without Troy’s efficient and timely help when a glitch occurs. My wife and I know our cost for Troy’s services are well worth it!

I am such a novice when it comes to technology, but that doesn't save me from being responsible for the work that I do that requires the latest in computer and internet skills and abilities. When things go wrong, I must rely on experts that I can trust to help me get back on track...AND help me understand the next iteration of the software and other tools upon which I depend. The folks at Green Dragon Technology have proven that they are those trusted experts and I will continue to turn to them first when I have computing issues. I recently had them help me with software and connectivity problems and I was completely satisfied with the technical expertise, the price and the training / coaching that I received. I was never intimidated or made to feel inadequate with my level of knowledge, and that's a big deal! I was given many options and the work was done exactly as I was told - no surprises - and I felt like they were super glad that I was there. I'm sold on these guys! They know what they are doing, AND they make customers - at least this customer - feel like they now have a partner. Color me very happy!

I have used Green Dragon for all my computer needs...Troy does an outstanding job and truly knows his business. I would encourage anyone looking for a good job and a fair price please check with Green Dragon. You won't be disappointed!! I am beyond pleased with the service I have received!! Great work on gaming laptops brought in an older model Asus Alien and he had it done, cleaned, updated plus extra SSD added that made it even more fast with no worry about memory space! Super fast and well known with what he specializes in!

This is the second time this company has worked on my computer, and again they have saved the day and gone the extra mile to be sure everything works in tip-top shape. Troy updated and cleaned up everything that I had problems with, and found more that I didn’t know I needed, all at a very reasonable price. With my upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7, I feel like I have a new computer.
