Don’t bother using them if you’ve been in an accident. You don’t have to pay anything until your settlement, but they charged 4 times the amount they usually would have. Extra charges for traction and using an ice pack. They reduced the charges from more than $8K to around $5K but certainly didn’t do that much work on me. I will never use them again, which is a shame because they are all very nice.
