It was an extremely satisfying experience from beginning to end, there was an issue that prevented the installer from appearing at the promised time, but I received a phone call and things were worked out. It was installed on the day it was promised, only later in the day to my satisfaction. They did not dump the leaves they removed from the gutters into the ground but put it in a bucket. When they were done, they walked around the house with me and explained everything. I was extremely happy with the job and professionalism of the people. I would have given it 5 stars for value but I know I am stuck in the dark ages and I thought that was a bit high in price.

It was a small job, but GL treated it as if it was a large onr. They were timley, friendly, effdcient, and the finished product was great. Good quality and looked good.

The install started a little later than expected because the installer wanted to be sure that the downspouts matched the gutter color. He found them in the back of the warehouse. At the end of each gutter, he cut and bent the leaf guard so that debris and critters couldn't get in, which gave it a professional look.

I actually don't know as yet how it will work as I've not had it in place long enough for testing. I was a bit confused as to the product that was pitched at the home show as having a convexed cover to help gravity diffuse the leafs and the product installed has a flat top, so no dome here. What's up with that switch? It was pricy but if it does the job I'm ok with that.
