Handyman Hub has gone downhill. Here’s what I got for $700:
-*5* NO SHOWS - they didn’t even consider getting someone else out to finish. No Apologies! Just deal with it attitude.
- the outdoor project then got pushed into the winter so could not complete.
- when I called in summer to schedule -that got pushed out until Fall.
- Tried COERCING me by saying the job couldn’t be finished until I paid for the previous Unfinished work ( their negligence not mine) using the excuse that the work couldn’t be under warranty - they ran the clock out anyway with all the no shows!
-way overpriced for the work done.
The carpenters that came out were good but not exceptional
Disconnect between workers and manager.
Front desk- phone calls professional
They’re Not the same at all as they were 10 years ago.
Manager Sheila has a stubborn mind set and I found no promise of resolution. Trying to extract money before finishing a job they failed to meet is not my fault.
