Horrific experience with this groomer. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding for the safety of your beloved pet. Our dog, Finn, had some minor matting, nothing too significant. After we brought him to the mobile salon and instructed the groomer as to how to cut him, the groomer decided, without our prior consent to shave him! She sent me a photo after the fact and informed me that she had to shave him. In reality, my suspicion is that she did not want to take the time and effort to properly cut him given his very minor matting and instead took true lazy route. I would not have consented to him being shaved. To make matters worse, he came back to us with severe razor burns or bruising from the restraining harness on his neck! Horrific experience. PLEASE AVOID for the safety and well being of your beloved pets!
