Harmony Lymph & Pelvic Physical Therapy

Hello. I would highly recommend Harmony Lymph and Pelvic Physical Therapy to any person that suffers from chronic pelvic pain- although she treats a bunch of different types of pain. I chose Erica for my pelvic physical therapy and I went twice a week for three months to help treat my pelvic neuralgia. Erica takes the time to get to know you, your history, and specific problems. She greets you when you walk in and picks up right where you left off last visit. The space is welcoming, clean, organized, and comfortable. Every appt she would do a check-in at the beginning to see what is hurting that day and look for improvements. She utilized a bunch of tools to assist her sessions- Erica used dry needling, cupping, manual massage, and a series of body manipulations to name a few. Erica is highly knowledgeable and would name and speak about every muscle that she was working on. There are so many and I learned so much about my body. Erica gave me homework exercises to do for maintenance and suggested some dietary changes. She is so welcoming and professional, and made me feel 100% comfortable. I have a great deal of appreciation for the pain relief that she helped me attain and maintain. It has been about 8 months since I had my last session with her and I am pain-free and have the knowledge to keep it that way. Thank you so much for all the help Erica!
