Harmony Village Manufactured Home Community

Haive lived in Harmony Village 7 years , I inherited the home after my husbnad died, cince his death they only thing the community has done is take the rent and try and take my home.Harmony Village in Fort Collins is in my opinion a criminal enterprise. They illegally charge utilities , they are never in the off, never return calls , dismiss if you have an issue, maintenance is on the homeowner to do despite the laws of it being the community responsibility. Management insults the intelligence of anyone thinking that they lies told by management are believable. Snow REmoval, not happening,- excuses is all they provide. Tree maintenance, not happening until the cost is on the homeowner because it fell and damaged the house, lot grading , drainage , not present. They are extortionist and exploit the vunerable low income community. Intimidation of the residents making them live in fear of the community taking the home is the standard operating procedure of the community. This community has declined so bad that it is unsafe in the last 7 years. Discrimination is first and foreost. and objective is not to simply rent out the lot space and be a descent business owner. The clear and present objective is to gain economic dominance through adding costs to the homeowner that is the responsibiliity of the community. Incompetent doesn't fully state management. jArrogant criminals with zero accountability and zero enforcement of the law by anyone. The laws are established for votes not enforcement. This page forces me to put one star, but it is negitive stars in reality. The only star they should receive is 5 stars for being career criminals who harm people. They need to each be handcuffed and given the walk of shame to a prison cell
