Housed within a beautifully renovated historic building in downtown Willoughby, our peaceful space includes a Radiant Studio for hot yoga, and a Zen Studio for restorative and relaxation yoga, along with an ample lounge and shopping area.
Yoga instructors specialize in an eclectic variety of yoga classes for all levels, from beginners’ yoga to weight loss yoga, vinyasa classes, flexibility classes, power yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and basic candlelight, as well as kids’ yoga.
Our hot power yoga is second to none! We are the first studio in Lake County to offer overhead radiant heat, a more intense method of heat that boosts circulation, flexibility and detoxification. The air in the room is cleaner and easier to breathe than forced hot air.
To fit with busy schedules, we offer 80+ classes per week, starting at 5:30 a.m. and running through 9 p.m. We also throw yoga parties in the studio, private and semi-private sessions, and visit local companies for on-site classes. And to broaden your experience, we sponsor monthly workshops and yoga retreats.
