Maintenance here is a amazing usually any issue is resolved the same day if humanly possible and honestly the apartments are pretty well kept only downside is that one year leases aren’t really one year it’s kinda weird around summer so just that being said after one year the rent went up 5 dollars which isn’t much but if this is an every year thing I will probably not renew I like to stay at a rental for about 5 years at a time since I hate moving but besides that everything else is great

For the most part I have been very pleased with HIP. Have had a few minor issues but they were taken care of in a timely manner. Think we need another dumpster though. At times the one we have is overflowing and it looks unsightly.
