. I was an actual customer of this company but no more. Set and confirmed appt window from 12-2. Waited for them to show or at least contact me but nothing. Called them at 2:10 only to be told their technician tried repeatedly to contact me via call, text and voice mail but had to cancel appt because they couldn't reach me. I did not receive any call etc from them and this was all by design. They never tried to contact me even once and tried insinuating I had a problem with my phone. Spoke with one of the owners who finally admitted they would simply lose to much money in installations etc. to take on my project. I would have to wait until fall. I can deal with the latter excuse but not the bold-faced lies that they tried really hard to contact me. They made the decision they were not going to keep their appt with me and had no intentions of letting me know until I called them. This is a refreshingly different customer service approach???. NO this company is not worthy of even 1 star.
