I probably shouldn't let you in on my secret... but Joe has personally found me three off-market properties to buy before the competition got heated up. He has gone above and beyond what almost every other real estate agent has done for me in the past, and I've been buying and selling real estate, single family, multi-family, and commercial, for 25+ years. Thanks Joe!

Joe Hoppis helped us to realize our dreams of owning a home on South Hill in Bellingham. He was able to show us a home before it was listed. This is due to his thorough knowledge of the market and the positive relationships he has with other agents. He guided us through the entire closing process and maintained his calmness and composure when we had our melt downs. Joe conducts his business with the utmost integrity and ethics. He will not try to sell you more than you can afford. We would work with Joe again in a heartbeat.
