Houk installed a brand new hvac system in my brand new home about 18 months ago in Magnolia, TX.
Poor quality installation has led to damage to my home and they give me the run around when I ask to speak to management. (condensation on grills, missing return air vents, improperly installed exhaust fan, missing duct work).
Since installation, they have been back about 10 times and my system still does not work as it should. Still missing return air, still condensation on grills, water damage to ceiling.
The work is under warranty which is the only reason I’ve continued to try to use their services to fix their poor quality installation. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company, and it is absurd that they have an A+ BBB rating.
