Hydro Bright Pool Service

Sent email below NO REPLY!!! Hi there Kristy, We’ll my pool continues to be green and has yet recovered during this period of time after 2 months of routine chemicals added. The water has gone from perfectly clear (March/April time frame) to pea green and after chemicals to blue milk of magnesia and back to green etc. and has never been clear as in the past… To make worse as far as I know Dustin has yet shown up this week either and water is only getting greener. When I tested the water today the Ph is very high and CL very low on the spectrum and clarity does not exist… I’ve been pretty patient and I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and continued afterwards when Seminole Chemical was sold to be now known as Hydro Bright well you know the history… I had holiday plans this weekend and due to pool condition that will not be the case… So, sadly with all said I would like to end our pool chemical relationship as the quality has greatly deteriorated and Hydro’s lack of attention to make it right is concerning…! I made a May payment so please at least continue services until that pay period ends…and maybe by some miracle things will clear up… This sucks but what choice do I have without any explanations besides Dustin was sick awhile back this month… and I’m sure chemical shortages and increases don’t help business matters any…but a better reason to keep a customer happy = $$$ As a courtesy could you please tell me what that last day of service will be so I can contact the new pool chemical company I’ll be replacing Hydro with… Thank you for the years of service, Patrick unhappy customer,
