At Ike Lans, D.D.S. & Associates Family Dentistry and Orthodontics, we provide adult dental treatments, bridges and bonds, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, Invisalign, teeth whitening, dental implants, dentures, early treatment, laser therapy, root canal therapy, periodontal therapy, sleep apnea, and braces.
The office is nice and clean, professional hands on people's mouths but, when the billing part comes, they don't inform you in a clear way what will be the out of pocket before even starting the treatment, they make you sign AFTER the treatment is done without asking the insurance what is covered or what is not.....my daughter got 4 fillings that day!!!....they didn't even ask or told me the total I will be paying, just received a bill in the mail......I wouldn't trust the way they obtain the money from patients without letting them know ( at least me) how will I be paying that day and if I agree to it.....I would have never agreed to anything knowing that my insurance covers nothing before starting the treatment.....shame on them.
