I've been going to Inclima Eyecare for most of my lifetime. I recently called to make an appointment and the person that I dealt with (Colleen) was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. To the point that I have decided to get my eyes examined elsewhere. I really don't have time for, nor do I appreciate rude people especially when I treat people with respect. I actually tried to politely let Colleen know that I wasn't happy with her attitude, but she hung up on me. Sorry Dr. Chris...you're a good man but you need to train your people on proper phone etiquette.
